Ask any fresher entering the software industry about the kind of work he would want to do. It would be close to impossible to find an answer devoid of the following words - challenging, cutting edge, research and the likes. Basically it can be summed up in one phrase 'rocket science'......

A few years later, older and wiser, the same software engineer starts counting down the days to diwali, right at the start of the year itself. And why would he do that ? Diwali is a golden opportunity for a software techie to finally realize his aspiration by launching 'rockets' away to glory. No limit on the number of rockets he can launch as he finally gets his quota of 'rocket science'.
